use a couple of chicken breast (skin off), cook them in a fry pan,
then slice them into strips.
prepare a nice big bowl of salad (lettuce mix, raddichio, baby spinach leaves, spanish onion etc.)
top with the sliced chicken, a handful of pecans or walnuts, 2 slices of camembert or brie and drizzle on a dressing of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinigar with some herbs and garlic.
