training traps

Heavy deadlifts did it for me. If I felt the need, as Andy said, direct trap work after deadlifts.
 
Deadlifts and Rack pulls usually hits the spot. I throw in some DB shrugs from time to time also...
 
Hang cleans, deadlifts and overhead press are probably all you need to do for traps. My traps have always developed well though so I've never really tried to get them bigger
Powershrugs if you need extra work
 
shrugs with barbell, barbell behind you, and with dumbells.

combine heavy low reps and high reps lower wieght.

plus squeaze the shit of the top movement
 
It was deadlifts for me. If I feel I need to bring them up I do behind back shrugs on a smith machine for a couple of months.
