As we all know or should know , the key to building a perfect body all lays in your diet

What is the most important meal to a bodybuilder?
What would you eat for this meal?

Do you plan your meals in advance? how far ahead do you plan ? and how do you plan them ? menu, preparation, cooking ahead of time?

How many more of these shit threads do we have to endure? Please Admin, you can't be this desperate for traffic.

What next? "How important is weight training to gaining muscle?"

*Bangs head against wall*

no one is forcing you to read them, you might not find them useful, who knows it might save a clueless newbie from asking the same questions that you hate

most of them have been good for me - excluding the one on abs because sarcasm is difficult to interpret on internet forums :p

I like these threads.... gives everyone an opportunity to get involved in the forum:)

I plan all my meals, and while one meal is no more important that the other, I firmly believe that the best meal of the day is the meal plan and sticking to it.

haha all of them when counting macro's
but the meal that makes me feel most like i'm committed to training is...
egg, cheese and veg omlette with green and bean salad, protein shake!
