Its time to officially announce i will be opening my gym commercially in Sumner Park.

Powerlifting!

South-wests only Strength and Conditioning gym!! All programs tailored by me to suit any goal ranging from Strength to Weight loss. No mirrors. No bullshit. Just a raw lifting environment where 100% of the members reach their goals. If you know me, you know that Im capable of helping you achieve what you want!

Opening times from 4th August are now are Monday- Friday 2pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-2pm (Morning sessions to come at a later date)

Should have mentioned, Sumner Park is about 30mins South-west of Brisbane. Next to Mt Omaney
