Heres what i saw in the gym today. About a dozen guys squatting, shouting each other on. I caught one guy squatting 190 for 5.
Plenty if guys in my gym squatting 100 - 160kg but only if you count assisted quarter squats. Sometimes I feel like an idiot going ATG with much less weight than them
