Todays session: 120kg x 3 squat. Equal PB, but now a triple.
105 pause squat 3x3 pb rep.
55kg ohp 3x5, equal pb now repping.
Feeling good, proper eating certainly helps. I think im closing on a 400 PL total, just have to improve the bench. :)
 
80kg push press.

I never do these. Technique will yield many kg's in the coming weeks.
So prepare for whoring.
