Harry's 225kg deadlift was another highlight for me. I predict a 500lb deadlift and 400lb squat at the next meet for him, there's plenty left in that squat.... especially now that I awarded him with some alligator testicle protein powder for his impressive effort yesterday.

Tentatively, I'm thinking lifting comps in the lead up to xmas and for easter next year. Just call them barbell religious observances.

PL, OL, Strongman and Highland Games could all be on the cards in the near future. We shall see. Sunday was first comp.... plenty of time to see where future opportunities may take us.
