Elite FTS

Or tips on how to make an attachment to a standard barbell?

(I can only do nuetral grip bench)

Iron Edge and UGE should both be stocking them shortly

The EFS one is garbage apparently

Otherwise Get Strength in NZ make a football bar

KFG: Yep, I've got one of them and it is too narrow. Makes it worse on my shoulder actually.

Graham: thanks mate. Will check it out.

In the vid of the guy floor pressing?

Overloads the top portion of the lift and theoretically produces a more consistent strength curve eg the resistance is least in the weakest position and greatest in the strongest

Maybe grab one of those pull up bars from racks and weld post on the end for weights. Pretty ghetto though and you'll have to trust your welds.

Sounds like Nautilus

Darkoz, it actually was Arthur Jones.

Around the late 40's I think 1948 where he welded hooks to a barbell and attached heavy chain for that purpose, as the bar rose the weight of the chain increased, wanting to increase the resistance in the strongest position.

That's why I mentioned Nautilus Andy, using the same principle in his machines by using a cam.

Good idea. I definitely wouldn't be the one welding! Lack of skills for sure.
