Supplement store insurances?

Been a while since I posted on here but I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this. I'm starting up a supplement store for online and selling through the gym that I work at but am not really sure when it comes to the legality side of things? I don't have a shop front or anything like that so theft and all that won't be a worry but would I need something like public liability insurance be needed? Any help would be much appreciated.

while i'm not a lawyer or working in the supplement industry
but if you are a reseller (just reselling other brands) i don't think you would have to worry too much about public liability insurance, i mean how could you be held accountable for the actions of others , how could you be liable because the brand you are selling screwed up

if you were selling your own branded stuff things might be different , but if you are a stockist/reseller i wouldn't worry too much about it

this is not legal advice ,

Thanks Admin, that's how I see it too, I just wasn't sure if anyone else had a different view or experience dealing with this.

I believe if you plan on using your own logo/label on the product you will need insurance if your a reseller you should be fine...
