struggle to eat enough

muscle takes ages to gain
not 4 weeks
who gives a fuck about the scale
if you're training hard and eating 4500kcal high in protein you will grow, there is no question here it just takes time. it can take up to 4 weeks for hypertrophy to start after a training session (will dig out citation if interested) so just be patient, 4 weeks is nothing, if weight goes up in 4 weeks most of this will be water and fat

yes thats cool, i am just getting tired of stalling at 80 if you add up all the time i have been stalled at 80 for approx 6-8 months, its really disheartening.
the scale is all i have at home to compare with. i feel/look in the mirror like i am getting fatter yet my weight isnt changing. so if i am visibly gaining fat how can my weight not be changing?

if you look like you're getting fatter, try removing carbohydrates for 2 weeks
then look in the mirror, photos is easier
then eat some carbs on a day then take more pictures the day after
see what you look like, you're going to have to play around with what macros work best for you, calories are not always everything
