Strength and Power program

would be similar to the workouts the MMA guys do, lots of throwing heavy shit like kettlebells and sandbags around. Box jumps, bench press, squats and deadlifts. Farmers walks too. I remember doing some research on this a year or so ago and I found heaps of good routines on youtube.

Of course you could go to a boxing gym and get a coach.
 
already got a boxing coach but that is mainly just the boxing side of things not weights, will have a look on youtube and see what i can find cheers.
