Hi again
I have seen some videos of squats and what I'm wondering is.....how much of the movement, when you go up is due to your lower back?
I'm asking this because lately it seems that when I'm going up with the bar, the last hmmm third of the movement my lower backs kicks in a lot, I can still feel my legs doing a lot of the power but after the exercise I feel that my lower back has been involve too much.
It's like my legs are going "shiiiit man" and then my lower backs is "wait manI'll help, fuuuuuck"
