He seems to focus so much on size as a winning component of sort when it's not necessarily so. Being his age, he ought to recall that the Fox did not beat the Lion back in 83, yet had twice the size at the time, and was not far off the mark either.
Size is but one factor of the total package, and even then, size for the sake of size has gotten many a bodybuilder undone. So I'm not sure why so much focus on the gaining of so much weight and so forth.
It doesn't take an Einstein to realise that if your symmetry and muscle bellies are not what they ought to be, then no amount of muscular size/weight can compensate for the lack of your genetic makeup in that department.
