It's great you know so much about someone you have never seen or met before, I have met quite a few members (even moderators) here in person and even trained with some. They might be able to comment but really have felt no need to, as they know what I do and how I train. My guess is still that you have never trained seriously with weights, as you appear to be unable to add anything of value to any discussion involving training, and seem to be unable to grasp even the simplest of concepts.
 
I think the more pertinent question is, why is New Idea mag called New Idea, when every time I flick through one I feel like I my IQ levels have taken another hit??
