Just as one is released, another goes back in!

I'm not sure if Silvio's situation tops Milos' story, but it's certainly up there.

Silvio was hard into his prep for the Tijuana Pro in September and then had planned to compete in the new Euro Arnold Classic, but if thing's don't go his way in his next court hearing, July 25th, it doesn't look like either are happening: Silvio Samuel Re-Arrested
