I have recently started back training and eating properly and I have some friends that are doing the same thing.

Ok, here is the list of our gym....still a few things to come....I will have to get some pics up.

Workspace is approximately 60 square metres
Flooring is 5mm insertion / conveyor rubber
Shed height is 6.2m peak and 4.8m at edge
Industrial fans, whirly birds, screens and roof insulation for cooling
2 mirrors @ 4800mm wide x 1200mm high
1 mirror @ 4000mm wide x 1200mm high
Muscle Motion commercial power rack
Muscle Motion commercial flat bench
Muscle Motion ASFID bench
Muscle Motion fixed upright dumbell bench
Force USA seated calf machine
Plate loaded leg curl / extension
Body Soild dip station
320kg rubber coated olympic plates (assorted weights 20, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25)
Commercial rubber coated dumbells and rack (2.5 - 50 in 2.5 increments)
Commercial 5 Stataion Multi gym (Gym direct - various attachments)
Muscle Motion commercial preacher curl bench
2 Olympic bars (with weights..only basic bars)
1 Olympic ezy-bar
1 Olympic super-curl bar

Currently sourcing a leg press and a hack squat to finish the set up.

I think this is everything....

Nice. Would love to see photos. Is it in your own shed or warehouse somewhere?

I just like my stuff to stay in original condition. I have polished my muscle motion rack and sprayed WD40 on the welds and joins. Just in case!

choose your photos

resize - the 800x600 option should be fine

then once it's uploaded, go below the photo and copy the direct link

then on the forum, click the little picture icon above the text box (mountain with yellow sky) and paste the direct link in there
 
Fair point....

I intend to never step foot into a commercial gym again. It is terrible in my city. All the gyms are full of tools who want to do arms 8 nights out of 7 and text their boyfriends with photos of themselves.

24 hr access is shit...who wants to train at 2-00am .... whatever happened to sleep cycles?
