Shoulder instability

I've had pain in my shoulder when I go close grip on bench press for a while. I get it also if I do rows with my upper arm alongside my body, especially towards the top of the movement. If I suddenly let go of a dumbell at the top of a dumbell row it _HURTS_ like my shoulder is about to be ripped out of its socket. I'm still able to do wide grip bench and wide grip barbell rows without pain.

The arm feels 'loose' in the shoulder, so I googled 'shoulder instability' and I just tick all the boxes (except for it being caused by a single traumatic injury). Shoulder Instability - Shoulder Subluxation - PhysioAdvisor

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar pain or feeling and what they had to do to make it better. I'm going to see a physio this week. I don't know of anyone else having a similar problem down to the detail - most people I've read have issues with a wide grip on exercises. I hope I don't have to take time off weight training.
