Thats all you should relaly eat.. Its up to you to get creative...
 
Never heard of Mein Goreong noodles, have heard of Mi Goreng noodles though.

Oli gave you good advice, at 16 (i think) just eat all the food in the fridge like I used to do to and down milk (with protein if possible) as a way to get in more calories.
