Running is stupid...

I have been googling POSE running and taking the advice of many of you here...
I went for a bit of running yesterday to practice these methods. What a difference!
I felt much less pressure on my left knee and had zero lower back tightness!! Also felt like I was running further between rests, like I was using less energy running this way....this running thing every now and then may not be a lost cause after all :)

excellent
you are now running more efficiently, Dicko! :)

I used to do a lot of running (got to a sub 35 min 10 K)

Running is something which gets easier on your body the better you get

Running at faster than 4 min/k pace is much better on your joints than running at 6 min/K pace because more energy is used in forward motion than up and down motion BUT of course you need to progress to get to that level

Some people love running, some don't

IF you don't like it, don't do it
