You reckon the Sports Psychologists are working overtime this Origin series. NSW have to overcome the psychological hurdle of 8 straight series losses and Qld have to overcome the complacency that 8 straight series wins can produce.

Hardly any have been there long since they keep changing their team 'cept Gallen and Maybe Hayne.

Still be a psychological hurdle I'd assume. If Qld "fire" NSW shouldn't stand a chance - IF Qld fire.

Also expecting a QLD win again this year.

Nsw can do it, but will need a bit of luck.

The tigers v broncos game was ok. The refereeing was farking terrible though. 4 missed forward passes by the broncos. 4. All seem by the commentary team. Pretty bad. But that doesn't mean much as I don't think either team looked like scoring any more points than they did.

yes, I tend to get sucked in by really close games. Just love watching such struggles.

I have been to the Campbelltown ground once, would have been great atmosphere last night given 16,000 there.

Best fly half ever imo

Decent physique too. I always thought he was a good northern hemisphere 10, but behind Carter, Larkham & Mehrtens IMO.
Could kick the leather off it too!

Yeah love a good close game. Both teams had a good dig too being without some of the gun players. The crowd looked unreal!

did anyone watch touch football champs on foxtel? Also a good sport to watch, albeit without contact. big sport in terms of participation.

I missed that, but you're right, huge sports. I played touch since the mid 90s and oztag for about ten years after that. Great sports that every one can play. From very social to quite competitive. We found there were lots of 'Wednesday night warriors' playing tho. Who took it very very serious. It was funny.
