Ronnie Coleman appearing in Sydney tomorrow.

noobs, sick photo... Some wicked awesome dude must have taken the photo for ya... Wish i could be that dude...

In the interview he's asked about supplements and he says "I have my calcium, my multi-vitamin, my proetein, my...." and it just drops off...

Did what he said then get edited for the kids?

Nah lol, he just said he takes all the same stuff as when he started.

His multiv itmain and minerals, chromium and the rest of the stuff ALA, he even mentioned iron?

I couldn't recall everything he said to that question exactly but I think he made his point when he said that he takes 'everything' now that he was taking then. That was how I interpreted his response anyway.

When Phil Health visited last year he was a little more candid than Ronnie but one needs to know when one is speaking off the record in my opinion.

Saw an interview with a pro bber where he basically admitted that if he stopped taking certain drugs like tyroids he would become very fat...

What would be the biggest mistakes that guys make in the gym?
That they don’t squat and deadlift enough. They don’t go near free weights. They think they’re dangerous or something. They prefer cables and machines because they think they’re safer or something. But I’ve always used and always gone back to squatting and deadlifting and benching because I started out powerlifting training for football and that’s what we did.
