Putting together my own Pre workut drink?

I'm going to put together my own pre workout drink and i need some feedback from you guys, i was thinking to use the ingredients below.


BCAA
Beta-Alanin
Hmb
ALC

I would not use HMB, there's no real proof that it actually works and it is not cost effective,
Here's my suggestion

EAA's
L-Glutamine
Beta Alanine
Citrulline Malate
Arginine (either AAKG or AEE)
Glycerol Monosterate
L-Leucine (yes L-Leucine is in EAA but extra Leucine is advantageous)
Creatine (optional, creatine can be used after workout)

I will not use arginine becouse I'm like Fadi i get to much pump and my blood pressure goes high, and I'm going to use it before i train TKD and MMA and i hate to get pump then ha ha.

Are you doing it through bulk nutrients? I'm planning the same thing. How are you working out your dossages?

Platinum Hydrowhey (1 serving)

both products from optimum are solid and have:
-whey
-BCAA
-beta-alanine

Save the creatine for post-workout and add waixy maize, whey and glutamine.
