it wasnt crazy reps but they were parrallel.. hahaha

steve got too many like 12 plus.. can we use some formula here for bodyweight advantage? :p


Yeah...lets do that...a formula for bodyweight advantage...or disadvantage as the case may be for me :D...i was only thinking it but you said it Ceffo...lol...
 
its a comp for ebragging rights but at the same time KB swings are great for your squats and deadlift (hip mobility/flexability)

No bodyweight advantages etc.. It was a simple comp on who could swing the 64kg/32kg for as many as possible.. Trent bragged too much and now has to step up to the plate.. Rules should stay as they were from the beginning IMO :)
