I love articles about nutrition that don't have any references (or did I miss them?). Following their standard "1g protein per 1lb bodyweight," the 150lb lifter would eat 2100g protein over 14 days. Following their "protein cycling" schedule that same lifter would eat 2650g protein over the same period... Anyone else think that any benefits seen were likely just the result of increased protein intake?
