Squat 215kg good lift, 227.5 kg no lift depth, 230kg no lift lost balance.
Bench 160kg good lift, 167.5kg miss, 167.5kg miss.
Dead lift 265kg good, 270kg good lift, 275kg no lift.
Total 645kg




Disappointing thing for Chris is that the 230kg squat and second 167.5kg bench would have both passed as "gym lifts"
Squat he got then stumbled back ever so slightly, then bench he didn't wait for the rack call after comfortably making the lift.
Would have taken his total to over 660kg quite comfortably
