Preworkout

I ended up getting some (BN pre wo NT) and I just gave it a go. Wow, tingles all over and I didn't want to leave the gym. I think I'm sold. Although at $25 and 3 scoops per serve it works out about as expensive as Jack3d - but at least you get a good breakdown of exactly what's in it.

Crunch, that would mean you are having a 10 - 15g dose.
Can you recall what dosage of jack3d you were having?
Most start on 5g but end up on 10g (which is the same size dosaing as ours).

We have formulated it to be similar in strength to jacked dose per dose, which should make it a lot better vakue for money. If we get feedback suggesting it isn't then we will definitely incraese the stimulant levels somewhat.

I'm referring to the dosage instructions on both products (BN packet says 10g, which equals 3 scoops) - going by their directions there are twice as many doses in the same sized tub of Jack3d, but Jack3d is twice the price (hence, same value). But you do make a good point about most people upping their dosage of Jack3d as their tolerance levels increase. I'm fairly sensitive to stimulants and 1 - 1.5 scoops of the Jack3d were sufficient for me.

But don't take my post as negative criticism of your product - the stuff works great for me and I will definitely be getting it again after a few sessions in the gym with it now. In fact last night I only used 2 scoops and hit a PB on squats that I am attributing to your product. I actually find that instead of a big whack of energy and focus that only lasts for around 20 minutes as I found with Jack3d, I get a much more linear-feeling energy and focus hit. And there is no big crash afterwards either with the BN product like there is with Jack3d.

Hi Crunch, apolgies if I sounded harsh, that wasn't the intention.

Regarding the dose of Jack3d, I always saw the 5g dose as more of a marketing effect, where as in reality a much larger dose was needed - ie 10mg.
This is why we have formulated ours based on a 10mg dose, that way you get a decent dose of aminos too and the effect isn't simply based on stimulants.

My post was more out of interset to gauge our product gram for gram against Jacked. The idea is to have a similar stimulant level which we will determine from aware customers such as yourself.
Keep in mind a lot of our products are developed based on the feedback we get, so I am always keen to get nitty gritty details from people.

I really like the pre workout NT.

Regarding the dosage, it says 3 level scoops is 10g, however, I weighed it accurately and it's actually 15grams.
So 2 levels scoops should give you a 10 gram serving.

I found the same, I weigh it on my scales also, but three scoops is closer to 15 gram than 10gram. I also weigh my creatine, the scoops are not that accurate.

About to have some of it now and then hit the gym:)

Cheers Guys.

We will need to go over our density chart and update it to show what has been mentioned here about dosages.densities.

For what it is worth, I don't think Jack3d is a bad product, just that there are better value, Aussie made alternatives around.

Today in the gym I had 2 scoops of the BN PW NT and wow, I hit PB's on 2 lifts and just wanted to keep going with the other 2. Seriously gets you focused and I don't know if it's just in my head, but endurance is amazing. I even had to stop myself after the gym when I had demolished almost a whole chicken.

So down from 3 scoops to 2 and the stuff still cranks for me. I didn't get the tingles (which I'm not a massive fan of) but every other effect remained unchanged.

Only downside for me is the sleep issues - waking up in the middle of the night due to the caffeine. But I'm guessing it's also the caffeine that works so well. Next time I'll try the non-caffeinated version.

Over the years I've tried:

Superpump - Very good. Bit of a buzz, I felt stronger and my sessions lasted longer.
Black Powder - Got a buzz the first few times, no performance improvement noticed.
noXplode - Same as black powder.
Jack3d - Pretty good, but I still preferred Superpump for endurance.
1 MR - Gives me really bad come-downs halfway through my session (Headache, nausia, feel drained) unless I balance it out with an energy drink throughout my workout. Leaves me feeling drained.
Hemo Rage - Good buzz, no real improvements in strength or endurance. Left me feeling buzzed for about 4 hours.

Going back to Superpump made me realise just how much I like it. In my opinion it's the best out of the few I have tried. In terms of muscle gains, I still don't know if they do much. The industry likes to lie.

has anyone tried the bulk nutrient pre workout without caffeine?

My free workout NT is coming to and Im not sure which one to buy next.
