Pre workout supps..what to take?

Can't be bothered reading through the whole thread so.. What's something I can take pre-workout to give me a boost? A non-caffeine PWS?
 
I used Gaspari Superpump 250 before working out and love it, but if your going to use it I'd advice to change your training time as I've used Superpump when I trained late at night, resulting in a very sleepless night. As is the same with any NO or caffeinated supplement. If you don't need the extra boost don't worry about it then.

How long have you used it for?
I used it 3 times before it made things a lot worse than taking nothing.

I've used it for about 3 weeks first time round almost a month. Then second time round about a month later (now). I've been using it a week at most and its still working great. I still only use one scoop. It might just be me, not too sure but I certainly had a great training session today with it.
