Had a shit awful day on the job. No more big weight cuts...

SP set a masters WR squat.

Shitloads of WRs went down. SHW squat and bench. 120kg bench and deadlift. Bunch of masters and junior WRs.

winner 93 did 720kg. Scott Hill, got Aus squat and total record.

Yeah Scotty redeemed himself big time. Nice work from him. Also impressive was Jason Clark with a 20kg pb total I think. A big jump from his December total.

What I thought was very impressive was Chleo Van Wyk going 459kg @ 78kg.....She's a weapon

Local girl.

impressive is that her gym lifts are atleast 10kg more, she has vids of 110 bench and 200 deads, i have seen her smash out 140kg squats for sets easily.

she had a bad day..could have been a lot better, pretty sure she was hoping to go >500.

I was there all day Sunday and there were a lot more than that. During the afternoon session, Sunday, the seating would have been about 80% full with lots more standing around the roped in area.

But yes, it should have been promoted more.
