Hi guys,
Planning to buy some workout equipment, not limited to a power rack, olympic barbell, weight plates etc and I'm just wondering if anyone has a setup where they've placed it over laminate flooring. My primary concern is that if I just use a rubber mat (http://www.gymdirect.com.au/shop/gym-flooring/rubber/rubber-gym-flooring-1m-x-1m/) or stall mats, it may not be sturdy enough for any impact to the laminate floor.
I'm always quite careful with my weights and don't plan to drop them off a significant height. If anything it'd just be a little drop of maybe 10cm at most.
Any suggestions?
