thats what i have eaten so far today...good huh... ummm carb loading

Really good man, i rate it. I've just started stacking it with there thermo stack only started that yesterday ill post an update about that in a few weeks.

From now on whenever I see you post in a thread about food Im not looking. I hope you get fat.
 
Unfortunately it doesnt look as good in a photo as it does in the bowl. Its chocolate mousse, 3500 calories for just whats in the bowl. Made from whipped cream, lindt chocolate and olive oil. Freaking awesome.

Yea mate keen to know how it goes...Muscle Nutirtion def seem like a company thats growing very fast!

How much whipped cream, choc and oil do u have in it? doesnt look like 3500 cals...must be alot more in person...

Nah the bowl is average size, theres only 400g of mousse.
 
I just cook mine a little bit longer then normal rice. But try soaking it overnight before you cook it. It brings it back to life
 
Hey guys any tips on making brown rice really soft and fluffy? mine always stays hard and takes ages to chew down.

Make sure your cooking it with enough water mate...if not it will go hard/er...

Biggest tip tho is the change to basmati rice, tastes better and its better for you!
