Cheat meal yesterday!

Supercharged Zinger Works combo with a popcorn chicken.

No more cheat meals now for 5 months :(:(:(

Need to get under 100kg so i dont have to compete against Fuzzy and Big Nick at Proraw lol :D

Either that or i just sit in a Sauna for 2 days straight before the comp hahahaha.
 
macdonalds - grand angus meal with cheesburger.

Everything but the cheeseburger was good, that thing tasted like plastic.

Ingredients

1/2 cup CC
scoop whey protein
8 egg whites

Last night had the best new york 800g, mushroom sauce....farrrrrrrrrkkkk.

Back on the old salmon and almonds today.
 
I just ent apeshit tonight.

A shit load of home made chicken snitzels with mash and mixed vegies, topped off with gravy, must have been at least 2500 cals. :D:D:D
 
today i had

9am 2 scoops of wpi in water

10am 300 grams of white patatoe, 1 can of tuna, 250ml of 2%fat milk

12pm 200 grams of sweet patatoe, 100-200g of low fat yoghurt, 150 grams of chicken breast

2.30pm Fantastic chicken noodles drained mixed with 2 cans of tuna, 250ml of 2% fat milk mmmm delicious

5.00pm 200g sweet patatoe, 150-200 g of chicken breast, 250ml of 2% fat milk

7.30pm 150g sweet patatoe, 1 can of tuna , 250 ml of 2% fat milk

10.00pm will have 250g of cottage cheese, 1 can of tuna , 250ml of milk

Looks ok except you spoiled it with this. Rice would have been better.
 
Diet on a training day

wake up drink some lipton tea with DAA

9am Little snack . 185 can of tuna 200 grams of yoghurt (dont feel hungry at all in the morning)

9.45-10am take my 1mr pre workout booster

12pm 300 grams of white patatoe , 2 cans of 95g tuna, 500 ml milk

2.30pm 200 grams of sweet patatoe, 200grams of low fat yoghurt, 200 grams of chicken breast ,250ml of milk

5.30pm 300 grams of sweet patatoe, 2 cans of tuna , 500ml of milk

this sucks cause on training days i work the night shift and only work 4 hours and dont get a fuckin break so i have to eat as much as i can before this

10:30pm 300 grams of cottage cheese, 1 can of tuna, 500 ml milk
