When adding bananas to caloric intake are they weighed with skin on or peeled?

Made an omelette today with 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, big pile of kale, ham, cheese, red capsicum and tobasco sauce.. Chucked it on a plate with a pile of fresh BBQ chicken. Fucken awesome meal - I could have eaten that shit all arvo!
 
I don't eat the skin so I don't include the weight of it :p

Today morning tea was

2 tortillas
300g marinated and BBQed eye fillet. Sliced
25g marinated goats cheese on each warmed tortilla
grilled eggplant
Spinach and capsicum

the BEST thing ive tasted in a while
 
Pork and Veal mince with green and red capsicum, onions, mushrooms, peas and sweet corn. Lots of spice Mexican seasoning.

Also Carisma Spuds with Olive Oil and mixed Herbs. already started eating them when i took photo. :)

I made these turkey "muffins" the other day. Great as a snack.

1 kg turkey mince
1 cup oats
1 cup grated cheddar - i used low fat
4 tbsp salsa or sauce of your choice (i used some cholula)
Any seasonings you like.

Cook at 190 for 30 mins.

This made 14 "muffins".. some were bigger than others, but if each one was the same size, the macros for one serving would be:

140 calories
19g P
5g C
4.5g F
