no pics, was too busy to take it BUT

lunch was egg white omelette with coriander, basil, cayenne and coconut amino seasoning served with some tuna, broccolini and butter lettuce and a piece of oat sourdough.

Highly recommend the Banaban coconut amino seasoning .. great flavour, macros to make you cry with joy .. 5kcals in 1 teaspoon .. no fat, 0.1g carbs, no protein, no sugars...

it's really good for cooking sausages, fish and chicken too.

Taurus, when you post these hospital food pics, I feel like cooking something decent and bringing you some real food to eat!!

Should I feel guilty...

Roasted a couple kg's of meat on the weber then followed it up with this little gem. Idea was stolen from a Brazilian restaurant I went to yesterday.

1 pineapple soaked in white rum, coated in cinnamon, sugar and then slow roasted for a couple hours directly over the coals.

but this was good!

Vanilla coconut protein ricotta hotcakes with macadamias, banana and maple syrup.
