You eat with your eyes first, thats for sure - but its got to be sensational on the palate too, otherwise theres no point eating it. Clean healthy food, or not. I love ALL the pics in this thread!

aaaahhhhh JZ, that choc strawberry PB omelette!!! i had the same thing this morning only with choc-almond-walnut and a few slices of banana with my berry!!

fungi ...nooooooooo OK that's just cos they make me feel ill....otherwise they'd be OK. maybe :D
 
Ok so it's not a meal, I don't even have to do anything to them to make them taste better, or good because they're unbelievably beautiful just the way they are.

They made up some of my lunch today....I will have more after dinner.

Cherries are amazing, just sayin :)

brown rice for pre-lunch
brown rice and tuna for lunch - yes again.
brown rice for 3pm nibble

dinner will be same as last night - steak and salad

boring but the weight is coming off
