Pre workout lunch:
buffalo ricotta (oh you MUST try this...hello heaven)
grilled eggplant
witlof and rocket salad with egyptian dukkah and vincotto
organic oat sourdough
chilli olives

and today I got this lovely surprise box of protein bomb yoghurt from Chobani....aren't they lovely people???
Six massive tubs of the stuff!! :D

I wrote to Chobani to ask why we weren't able to find the plain version in Woolies anywhere in Melbourne.

So they offered to send me some to my home.

I thought I'd get a couple of small tubs. I got a massive box of big tubs!
massive brain explosion .....will have to make a protein yoghurt cake tonight!!!!

they are so nice ... *doing the happy dance* :D

Apple and cinnamon rice cakes - 38 cals/7g carbs...taste like fuarrrrrrrrrrking heaven! remind me of apple n cinnamon pop tarts!
 
I have also wondered about the plain yogurt aswell! - I eat alot of the blueberry flav...soooooooooooooo goood!
 
garlic/ginger/chilli chicken on a bed of steamed cabbage (then lightly stirr fried) with fresh chilli, spring onion and a few sparsely scattered rice noodles and some herbs.....it was lunch but couldn't finish it, so am having the rest for dinner.

The chicken is egg brushed and coated in rice flour, then baked lightly...soooo moist and yummy and delish :)
