Decided to try making some protein berry fluff.

Turned out pretty good. It was just frozen mixed berries, whey and a bit of water in the food processor for 5 min. It is very filling , would be a good dessert when calories are low.

Mines not that fancy but my breakfast shake consisted of:

1 cup of skim milk
3/4 cup of oats
1 scoop of unflavoured whey
Ice
1 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon

forgot to mention, I used hershey's sf topping and light dream whip. Not possible to get cool whip in Australia. (and only 20g of pancake mix required)

Tried my hand at making a Meatza yesterday :D

Toppings:
Danish Fetta
Sundried Tomatos
Mushies
Kalamatta Olives
Onion
Pepperoni
and some grated cheese on top with some mixed herbs.

Turned out much better than i expected!

I had toast with smoked salmon, ricotta, capsicum relish, rocket, spinach and asparagus with a side of haloumi and bacon for breakfast.

I ate some white bean dip and a tin of tuna with pickled ginger and some sesame soy marinade for lunch. Going to eat again in a minute.

I want that meatza. What recipe did you follow for the base?
