Peas.

Are peas a good vegetable to be consuming vs say broccoli or asparagus etc. I fucking love peas. And I much prefer eating them over any other vegetable. Peas, chicken, rice. My meal. This okay for my goals? (losing fat, gaining lean muscle)

I don't really eat veggies much so shouldn't really comment, but as I understand it if you are wanting to get those micronutrients through food, you should look at incorporating others also.

Eat as much peas as you want, just don't eat peas exclusively over every other vegetable cos thats full retard. Mint flavoured smashed peas with lamb - delishiousness.

Peas are closer macros to a potato than the fibrous veggies you mentioned. 100g raw is 81 cals with 14g carbs (5g fibre) and 5g protein. 100g of broccoli is 34 cals.

If they fit into your cal/macro target then go for it.

If you don't track then just ensure that the serving size isn't massive as they can add up a whole lot quicker than fibrous veg.
