Paleo

Chicken breast cut in half with a bit of low fat cheese is awesome. Not paleo though I guess.
 
Have just finished the book - was a really interesting read. Has anyone on here followed his 30 day recommendation full on (got bloods done before and after etc) , how did you feel and what differences did you notice?

no change in my bloods so far
but they were all near perfect any way
I need a lot less sleep now though, am find on 6h a night, but I get 10 anyway

I find though that I am hungrier in general though, the opposite of what he says
but this is what I wanted
