hey,

whats everyones thoughts on paleo?

i have followed this for awhile, felt great.. after i moved interstate i slowly stopped eating as clean and next thing i realised i was eating alot of things i usually wouldnt.
 
In short, our ancestors of 40,000 years ago were apparently extraordinarily well-nourished and healthy, we are over-fed and undernourished.

In many ways they lived as wild animals, we live as caged rats.
