Okay well I know a friend who is trying this pre workout "Pharmanex OverDrive". He claims everything in it is all natural and it will work, however I have looked over the ingrediants list and to me it looks like an overpriced multivitamin ($50/bottle - 60tables)

Bugger that. Not worth the coin.

Exactly what I told him and based on his "needs" it recommend 3 tables preworkout, 2 tablets post workout. Which $5/workout, waste of money for nothing special
