Over training/Under training

Same. I hate wasting time in the gym. If an exercise isn't going to put weight on my squat, bench and deadlift then I'm not going to waste my time doing it, my time is way too precious.

If I have energy to kill I'd rather do conditioning (push prowler, hill sprints), stretch, meditate or read a book.

Have you got your prowler yet? I read somewhere else you were waiting for it?

Another week man, another week :(

Where did you source it from?

I have been thinking about getting one. Wendler is a big fan, and they look like fun. Sprints are ghey... but pushing around some weight seems to be a good way to punish the legs, arms and cv system!!! :D

hahahaha ive said.. I go to the gym to look good and in tern get chicks.
hahahahaa

Underground Elite :: Sleds & Accessories :: The Prowler Sled

Underground elite have fantastic customer service - I will never buy anything but Metal again.

I know what you mean, there's something infinitely more interesting and comfortable about pushing something (a prowler) as opposed to pulling (sled work) and hill sprints lol. Was tossing up between a prowler and boxing lessons though, i think i made the right choice.

I wouldn't mind. There's something very primitive and anti law student that I like about it.

A lot better. That thing isn't wide nor heavy enough to hold much weight. I paid $525 with postage but as I figure I'll own it forever.

hahahhaha thats true also.

dudes in bands=chicks..

And they don't have money either, such an anomaly.

Some bands dont have cash. Smarter smaller bands make more money than alot of bigger mainstream aus bands to be honest.
Like pwd would be on more money than major radio bands...

True. Metal bands like yours don't strike me as Audi drivers though (or are they?), plus a lot of long term things like super. Curious how does your band cover that?

Agreed on Underground Elite, awesome shop to buy from.

My bro-in-law is going to make me my own prowler soon, I love having a welder in the family. Next on order will be farmer's carry cradles and a yoke.

I'll refrain from trolling as IKTPQ makes me all nostalgic and a little warm and fuzzy.

Try rest pause sets for intensity.

Have you tried excersize variations? Lat Pulldowns as an example, replace with rack pull ups. By far the best back width excersize I've used.

Tempo seems to be a favourite of BB's. Ignore reps and do an excersize for time.

Recovery wise, you're eating meat/veg etc. Carb and Fat sources? A basic outlined diet would help. Saying that, I used to like pre-loading carbs before training. An hour before Gym was always Carb happy hour. Never found I lacked energy doing that.

Finally, check out the DC boys at intensemuscle.com. You should get a lot of good tips from them if you're willing.

I got a prowler for Christmas from my brother (yet to arrive) and a welder is coming in the next few months. I'm in a good place. Just need Atlas Stone molds and I'm set. And a log.
