Olympic Weightlifting Training with Commentary

I'd like to do more oly lifting but they frown so much on you doing bench press or other exercises at the gym I went to. Bench press? Boo, hiss, spit etc.

When you're an olympic lifter you dont need to bench press, all that overhead works allows you to bench 200kg easily apparantly.

Do the oly lifting. Find somewhere else to bench. I find it easier to hiss and spit upon myself when benching without others around.

I would love to do Olympic lifting if only I could find a good trainer near by.

None in Perth? Don't let it stop you, do some courses and coach yourself. It's not as good as having a great coach standing by, but it's better than not having a go at all
