There's no way around it, you're going to need to demo those two to be able to decide. I love rows, but finding a seated supported row that feels just right can be hard to do. Especially if it is a fixed arc lever, getting the seat in exactly the right spot so your natural movement matches the machine is essential so I'd lean towards the one with the greater seat adjustability if you can't demo - especially if you are buying it for a wide range of clients.

Notice how he grips the bar, Arthur instructed people to not grip the bar, for two reasons

1. Gripping the handle or bar uneccessarly, raises blood pressure and using energy.
2. On the pullover, the hands must be positioned beside the bar and force applied by the elbow and the elbow alone with no assistance of the hand and forearm.
Doing this ensures the the targeted muscles are doing the work and your ROM is greater with minimal shoulder irritation.
