I don't know how you can progress with the compounds every second week.

Good luck though.

had a mate who did this workout leading up to a few comps this year.
He said he put on a heap of size.
So i thought it was worth a shot and see how i progress with it.

You have to try it and see.

I don't rate your chances, though. Everyone has a mate who succeeded doing some wacky workout or another. You could listen to that one mate, or another one mate, or another, or... listen to experienced lifters with competition-proven results, and the experienced trainers and coaches who worked with them. Up to you.

so a competition body builder isn't experienced?
I looked at alot of peoples pics in the member photo's and honestly didnt think anyone was outta control
Dudes are big and some just look fat. But im sure they lift way heavier than me

this being said im not saying dudes aint strong and know what they are talking about.

I just have a different goal. id rather just be 85 kgs and ripped rather than 90-100 kgs and big.

gotta try stuff to see what works and what doesn't after a while most other things haven't changed me at all.

Just because someone has done something doesn't mean they're competent at coaching someone else to do the same thing.

But as I said, you have to try it and see. I just wonder why you're posting here if you already know what you're going to do. If you didn't want our opinion, why post it up here?

It's your body, your life, train as you like.

its always good to discuss reasons and how the progress is going.
Isnt that what a forum is for?

as you said everything doesnt work for everyone. Everyone cant coach.
its not like im doing excersizes that are bizzare and going to injure me.

Most peoples goals on here is strength and thats majority of talk on here.

Is there anyone on here who is a competition body builder? or has those goals?

If your mate improved enough to move you, follow his diet, not his program.

Are there really people around who still think that muscle growth happens in the gym????????

nah i totally understand diet.
Cleaned up my diet heaps.
Right now im 86 kgs
Hopefully only drop a couple kgs of size while im dropping fat.

Its just that it has been covered so many times before...

How much fat can you have at 86kg you want to loose fat? But gain muscle? At the same time? What is it...

If you are a weak **** you will be a shit body builder.

Its quite simple...

How much muscle do u think frodo over here can stimulate with 1.5kg cable cross over?

What about the fact that isolation exercise does not show a boost in hgh or igf-1 levels?

Are you a begginer? I know nothing about you.... That photo could be you for all we know.

The point is you see it all the time.

"Oh my friend this that and the other"

And this is what it sounds like...

"Oh i was talking to my friend about drag racing the other day. He is a professional . He uses a 454 big block runs nitrous, and has opted for a super charger instead of a turbo setup... As the size of the turbo needed for the time he is running will have too much lag.

What do you think of this car setup.. 350 chev to start out with run nitrous but go with the turbo however a bit smaller and keep boost at 40psi? Of course the car will be tubbed and we opted for carbon fibre instead of fibreglass to keep rigidity up and weight down... What do you think of my setup? Oh ps i just got my license yesterday andim really excited about drag racing! "

Us...

"Maybe buy a $500 shit box first and learn how to drive properly before you move onto something specialised."

" No thanks i would rather listen to my friend who is a professional drag racer about his setup."

So you see. Regardless of driving a normal car or being a drag racer you both need to have 1 thing in common, you need to start in a ****ing normal car and you need to know how to drive.

How many pro bodybuilders do u see out there in this country? How many try hard bodybuilders are there? How many retarded 2x year olds are there in the gym doing retarded exercises and winging about supershotgunanabolic plus.

Its all a bit pathetic. If i squat 200kg and u squat 50kg who the **** is going to be able to do higher reps with more weight on a leg press?

If i can bench your deadlift how much back work do u think i can take at a higher volume and weight?

But if this is your goal go for it!

I like the car thing Christian.

Ideally, I would run 2 smaller turbos with a 500ci stroker, keep the car weight to under 2000lbs, run methanol, 40psi, easy 7's

Would you paint it red? My mates drag car is red.. Its really fast however his car is 2001lbs. Do you think that makes much of a difference??? Also i was just wondering what brand oil cap i should put on it? Greddy or HKS?

Anyway make sure it has 2 seats mum or dad has to sit next to me and record our driivng hours together...

Im mainly trying to lose fat and maintain what ive got.

I dont have much body fat at the moment.
but ive noticed fat dropping and my weight hasnt dropped.

If your weight hasnt changed who cares?

I dontunderstand your point..

You want to look like a bodybuilder you need to gain about 20kg.
