Hey guys, i'm 6"4, 93kg, 10% body fat..

How many carbs/fats/protein shoul i eat per day to gain lean muscle & weight. I do not want to sacrifice how lean i am at the moment for weight though
 
junior champ? haha i wish.. it's just genetics.. i've only been training for just under 2 years, but only seriously for 6 months.

i just need some advice on my diet...

how much i should be eating daily?

how much i should be consuming especially before and after my workout?

is it possible to gain lean muscle quickly without increasing in body fat?

currently i'm gaining 1kg every 8 weeks
