thats for one session and i dont really no what to do for back :confused:
 
Squat 3 x 10
Bench press 3 x 8
Bent row 3 x 8
Military press 3 x 8
SLDL 3 x 8
BB curl 3 x 8

x3 a week. go.
 
Why 2 threads. Do that program and train with buncey. Problem solved.

Want to get toned? Train hard, eat clean and do some cardio/HIIT/GPP.
