My Pre w.o sups make me feel crook

So I just got a bunch of Bulk Nutrients supps, and although most of them have been great, the "Pre-workout 101" is making me feel crook as.

I have it with a small breakfast and a coffee, really early morning, about 2 scoops of 101 (about the recommended amount).

Workout goes well enuff, a decent amount of energy, get a bit tingly/pins and needles in my hands on the way into the gym but whatever.

Issue it that I start feeling sick as soon as I finish. 1st day it passed reasonably quickly, 2nd was the worst but i had it on an empty stomach (that day I had to leave work, and it drained me of all my energy for the next 8 hours) 3rd day wasnt so bad but still defiantly made me feel crappy.

I like the effects while at the gym, but not after...

Any ideas of what could be causing it? any1 had similar problems? maybe could suggest a pwo that doesnt do this?
 
Try one scoop with no coffee and see what happens.

You may be sensitive to stims.
 
someone mentioned a coffee and some ac/dc in another thread. that works!
I stick with a banana, honey and sometimes a coffee or a gatorade. Ive tried alot of pre-workouts, all the way back to the late 90's and the banana etc still does the trick....
 
Try just one scoop. Ad eat some food afterwards. What you're feeling is the crash from the stims effect wearing off. Never mind, once your tolerance goes up, those natty crashes will disappear :D
 
Its gotten better. Thnks for the help. I've been having it on a bit bigger meal, and with more water.. I was having it as a concentrated shot cause I don't like the taste... Seems to have helped. And a little bit less. Cheers guys

coffee does it for me too ... and a little ACDC never hurt :p

Depends if you have a wife and two kids and the only time you can train is 10pm at night going on 4 hours sleep! That's when I generally need my Preworkout 101!

I think the fact OP you were taking it on an empty stomach might have been contributing to the sick feeling, I find that with coffee or anything with a stimulant I need to eat something along with it.
