Hey guys, I've never done a proper bulking cycle before so would love some help and advice.

I weigh 55kg, 184cm tall, 21 years old. My diet will be 1600 calories, 90g protein. The meal plan I will follow daily is:

meal 1: 4 weetbix, skim milk, 2 eggs
meal 2: Tuna sandwich with glass of milk
meal 3: cereal (corn flakes or weetbix), glass of milk, 1 scoop protein powder.

Currently I take Jack3d, creatine, NoExplode, 10g BCAA and Animal Pak multi vitamins.

I train 7 days a week, my rountine is:
Monday - Bench press, bicep curl (dumbells)
Tuesday - 20km run
Wed - 15km run
Thur - 20km run
Friday - 10km fast run
Saturday - 5km interval run
Sunday - 30km slow run

I want to gain 20kg of muscle in the next 3 months but I don't want go get fat and lose my six pack. The supplements will make sure I gain muscle while the running will make sure I keep my six pack. Also I only do bench press and curls because I only want muscle in that area so I can have a big chest and arms. Also I only train weights once a week because I heard you need to alow your muscles to rest for a week.
