my body is really annoying me

I put half on my nuts and 1/4 on each shoulder.
The gel on my nuts soaks up fine, but not on the shoulders........ I thought it would have been the other way around.
 
You can put some under your arms as well.. I stopped putting it on my shoulders..

How are you feeling as well?
 
Well, Im eating like a sparrow at the moment so Im feeling the same as I was before the testo. Ive had my best day of eating today since being on "holidays".
Ive had

3 slices of egg bread with orgainc honey
banana
veggie juice

tebouleh and 3 falafels

2 home made museli bars
banana

pumpkin salad

6g vit c
2 squares 85% lindt

So im feeling better after that. Lets hope I can build my eating from here.
Putting the gel on is a pain in the arse. Im over it already.
I also had an allergic reaction to the arimidex which kinda sucks.

If I can keep eating and stay happy, I reckon Ill feel a million bucks.
 
What happened with the adex? please describe?

Are you taking zinc as well?

I have a friend who is using iodine to keep e2 low. However if i reclal you have possible thyroid problems in the fmaily so it might not be something i would advise..

He is having half a teaspoon a day and it means he doesnt need arimdiex when he does.
 
Within minutes of taking 1/2 tab of arimidex i had cramps in the guts and my windpipe was restricted. No so much that I couldn't breathe, but enough for me to notice I was having to suck the breaths in.
Not taking zinc yet. I've looked locally, but can't find any zinc tabs that have ACTUAL zinc in them. They a seem to be an amino acid that is equvillent to zinc.
Zentner told mento take 50-100mg of ELEMENTAL zinc. I'll have to check iHerb or something.

Lol thats like saying he wants me to take vitamin c but all i can find is asorbic acid.

Zinc zeneth is what i take. The eagle brand, make sure it has copper with it.

Zinc Zenith : Eagle

You will find it says zinc chelate 50mg equivilent to elemental zinc XXX.


For example 220 mg zinc sulfate, which approximately 55 mg of elemental zinc.

Yeh thats what they say. It doesnt say its equal to X amount of elemental zinc though, thats why I didnt get it.
Ill grab some, and stop the arimidex and see how my bloods are.
 
Noobs,

Not asking you to do my research (only if you already know), but if you were ordering from iHerb, which zinc tabs would you get. iHerb looks like real value for money.
 
Just asked my GP for bloods to check estrogen, test and 1gf1. She went spastic.
She wont be doing them again she says.

Yep, Its E2.

Just went and got another slice of skin taken out for another biopsy. This will be the decider. I either get a graft or I dont.

Also got my Zinc noobs. Its blackmores, the eagle one isn't available.
chelate 125mg (=25mg zinc)
magnesium 25mg
maganese 2mg
vit a 860 ug
b6 50mg
No copper.

I was thinking 2 morning, and 2 at night?
 
**** no you will OD on everything else in it.. I only take 1 and i am above lab ranges for zinc...
 
Oh, I see. You cant hear the tone in somebody voice when they type lol.

She had a spaz because she thinks I shouldn't be monitoring my own bloods. I tried to explain that I had stopped taking arimidex and wanted to make sure the test wasnt aromatizing and turning into estrogen. I didnt want to wait for another 6 weeks before I get the next lot of bloods done by the specialist. (Their are also other reasons, but thats all she needed to know).

I think she is just cut that she refused me treatment, so I went and found me a doctor that would help.
She basically told me not to come back.

Find place that bulk bills that udnerstands..

Tell them your doc regularly is out of the contry you have protocols of what to do depending how high certian things are... And that u need to keep an eye on things.

Worse comes to worse say your nipples are itchy or something...

I always feel frustrated when people wont do labs for me because they dont want me to to look at them without their guidance. But what frustrates me is i understand it better then they do...

She isnt worth going back to.
