Music That Gets You Pumped In The Gym!

unfortunately i train at finance first..i do so because i travel a lot and its convenient.

i use music to keep concentrate and get pumped up...mayb its a gen y thing.

I also must admit i use it to drown out the noise of the fitness first atmosphere..whcih for some reason doesnt get me that pumped...i mean i like having people around me when i train..but somethin bout fitty first in not very motivatin. but also it depends on the club. the crowd in the clubs varies from suburb to suburb

also i agree about that visualisation thing. last time i trained i was watchin snatch video's on youtbe...just thinkin about the weight did something to me

Yes I have sticky. I never said anything along those lines, so I don't understand your question/implication.

Fadi's comment is directed specifically towards women for wearing makeup and trendy gym gear. It might not be the smartest move, but its completely within their right to do so.

Sure, the "right to do so" factor has not even entered my mind tat, that's not what I'm about mate.

Fadi.

fuuurken gotta listen to bop shit at the gym as the lady who owns it, cranks it. My choice would be rock like Metallica or heavy hardcore shit, Korn or some other angy sounding shit. Somethin that sikes you up.

Cm punks entrance theme is fucking awsome, liscen to the lyrics carefully it gets you fuckin motivated as all hell, liscened to it like 1000 times still gets me fired up.

Have you trained in a real gym before?
The goal is to get big/strong/fit. Not pick up next Friday nights date.

Fadi- In reguards to your question to Christian.
We lift with CAPO powerlifting. They have music, and at our QLD comps, it's always heavy.
On yhe other hand, Im lead to believe PA comps however don't have music at all

This is true, and it's boring as all hell

I saw the Wiggles live more than 20 years ago when they used to be The Cockroaches....that was when they were a rock band, before they morphed into a kiddie song band.

EDIT - something I remember about that night was that a young Phil Gould was working behind the bar serving drinks.

My gym used to be a nightclub called 'Rise' which used to open at 4am until around midday. Seriously, the music is sooooo shit, if they gave me a couple of glow sticks and a disco biscuit, I probably would be none the wiser.

Anyway, i'd be lost without my i-pod as I find that some songs give me that little bit extra strength/adrenalin when I need it most. I'd like a dollar for the amount of times I play this song in the gym and this video in mind.
